Video walls & LED displays · NJ & PA
Video walls the whole room can read.
Operator-staffed LED walls and large-format screens for galas, fundraisers, conferences, and brand events across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We scale the wall to your room, build it at load-in, run it through the program, and strike it after.
From a 10-foot accent wall to a full-stage build, every screen ships with a senior tech. You never get a panel dropped at the dock.

What it covers
Four ways a wall earns its place in the room.
- 01
Single-stage LED walls
A seamless wall behind the stage for keynotes, general sessions, and award shows, sized so the back of the room reads every slide as clearly as the front.
- 02
Dual & flanking screens
Matched screens left and right of the stage, brightness and color balanced from one show machine so a wide ballroom never loses the content off to the sides.
- 03
Galas, runways & fundraisers
Branded walls for paddle-raise galas, fashion runways, honoree dinners, and donor receptions, set behind the stage or flanking the catwalk for full-room impact.
- 04
Branded & sponsor content
Show sponsor messages, donor names, and live camera video on the wall throughout your event.

LED video wall rental questions
What is included in an LED video wall rental?
PremiumAVC provides operator-supported LED video walls for events in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The wall is planned for the room, installed at load-in, operated through the agreed program and removed afterward. Confirm the wall dimensions, content sources, operating hours and any audio, lighting or presenter displays in your proposal.
How do we choose the right LED wall size?
Start with the room dimensions, stage layout, nearest and farthest viewing positions, and the content you need guests to read. Share a floor plan and sample slides so we can discuss screen size, placement and sightlines. The final design also depends on venue access, power and the available setup area.
What content should we prepare for the screen?
Share your slide deck, videos, logos and sponsor graphics before the event. Confirm the final display resolution and aspect ratio with the production team before exporting graphics; do not assume every LED wall uses a standard presentation format. Identify who approves content and when the final files will be ready for testing.
Can the wall show presentations and live camera video?
Yes. Presentation playback and live camera video are supported event sources. Tell us which sources you need, whether they will change during the program, and who will advance slides. Camera coverage, switching, presentation control and confidence monitors should be confirmed as part of the scope rather than assumed to be included.
What affects the cost of a video wall?
The quote depends on wall size and configuration, event length, content and camera needs, staffing, transport, access, and setup and removal schedules. Venue power or rigging requirements can also affect the plan. Send the event date, venue, audience estimate and program outline for a scoped quote instead of relying on a panel-only price.
What does the venue need to confirm?
Confirm loading access, door and elevator dimensions, setup and removal windows, power availability and the approved wall location. Any suspended installation requires coordination with the venue's rigging rules. Share these constraints early so the wall, stage and audience layout can be planned together.
